NEXT AUDIENCE provides its customers a technology to display relevant, tailored, and privacy-respecting advertisements to consumers viewing a publisher’s or advertiser’s property. The advertiser may use our technology to collect information on his properties in an anonymous way.

As expected, NEXT AUDIENCE’s technology adheres to the current data protection regulations in Germany. With the ePrivacy seal, we committed ourselves to comply with strict data protection rules. For example, European user data is handled exclusively in national data centers. Users are able to choose for themselves whether or not they wish to receive personalized advertising via our technology.
The following description provides an overview, how NEXT AUDIENCE ensures your privacy and which data is collected for what purposes, when you visit NEXT AUDIENCE pages (chapter I) or how users benefit from the NEXT AUDIENCE technology (chapter II).

The NEXT AUDIENCE technology is used by our customers to deliver tailored advertising. Data is collected on websites and during advertising delivery to show more relevant advertising to you.
What information is collected?
With our technology it is not possible, to identify you. By visiting a website where our technology is used or by viewing an advertising that has been delivered by our technology, an anonymous cookie is set with a random ID in your browser. The cookie is recognized during following visits on websites, that use our technology. By doing so, data about your browser, visited pages and delivered advertising is available to our platform. It is not possible, to identify your name or where you live. We do not collect any other PII (Personally Identifiable Information) from you, either.
Also our customers are contractually obliged not to collect any PII about you and we take reasonable steps to ensure that our customers meet our privacy standards, but we can not be held responsible for their privacy practises. If we are made aware that we have received PII, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.
How is the anonymous information used?
The collected data is used, to identify more relevant offers for consumers and to deliver advertising to audiences that are more likely to respond. In doing so, you receive tailored advertising. Additionally we analyse the data for our customers.

Protecting your data is very important to us. For this reason we work exclusively with approved cookie technologies. This ensures your right to decide for yourself whether or not you want to receive targeted advertising through our technology.

If you, as a consumer, don’t wish to benefit from our technology, you can opt out and set a NEXT AUDIENCE blocker cookie.
